Bitcoin ETF,s Delayed and are predicted to be Denied. What will Happen Next

According to reports, BlackRock intends to purchase $10 million in Bitcoin as startup capital for its prospective spot Bitcoin ETF, which is presently being considered for SEC clearance. But due to some uncertainities the etf,s got delayed which compelled the Bitcoin market to move down. and the market moved upto 40700 $ now what will happen if the etfs are denied. so in this condition according to my analysis the Bitcoin will move down upto 36000$. So be ready for volatility in Market as Blackrock will try to approve their ETF,s. Also the Market falls much because there were two more reasons the one was the bitcoin miners transfered huge amount of Bitcoin into exchanges and the 2nd is that mychel sylor sold some of their assets in bitcoin and they were planing to buy more as if it dumps.
